Position Description – What the Role Entails: Rincon's Youth Employment Program offers paid, short-term work opportunities to youth ages 16-24, helping participants gain essential job skills, explore career paths, and build professional networks. Participants will be placed in local worksites and supported with coaching, training, and enrichment activities throughout the program. Company Culture - Do Our Values Speak to You? Areas of Accountability - What you will be doing: Work at an assigned community-based site or business partner Follow a structured work schedule (part-time hours, approx. 20 hours per week) Attend all required job readiness and life-skills training sessions Demonstrate professionalism and a willingness to learn on the job Collaborate with supervisors, Rincon staff, and peers Complete periodic evaluations and reflection activities All other duties as assigned.
