Pastry Cook - Missouri Athletic Club Downtown Join a great team of individuals at the Missouri Athletic Club in Downtown St. Louis, one of the top private clubs in the United States. The MAC has been thriving since 1903 and remains committed to the vision "to be the foremost private Club in St. Louis known for attracting exceptional people and enriching lives for generations." We are searching for a full-time Pastry Cook. Experience is a plus, but we pride ourselves in teaching and molding new cooks! This position is mostly mornings, with the occasional evening and Holiday as needed. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, creative and has great communication skills!
Pastry Cook Responsibilities: Leading production of cookies and our signature caramel rolls Preparing and plating desserts Assisting Pastry team in other projects Rotating stock and cleaning workstation Other job-related duties assigned
Pastry Cook Qualifications: Knowledge of basic culinary fundamentals and food sanitation. Able to work a flexible schedule and/or overtime.
