We are seeking mission-driven leaders who desire autonomy to shape the clinical culture. We cover all licensing fees and provide study resources for our PLBAs! Compensation:
$50,000 - $60,000 yearly Responsibilities:
Plan, oversee, deliver, and adapt ABA therapy for children ages 2-6 years old in a center-based setting Provide ongoing training and supervision to the clinical team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) Perform patient assessments and create individualized treatment plans Forge strong partnerships with client families to develop goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and provide coaching and support throughout their journey Participate in monthly all-team meeting, reviewing the center and clinical needs Ensure clinical quality across all learners and staff Qualifications:
Requirements: Master’s Degree Eligible to be licensed as a Provisionally Licensed Behavior Analyst (PLBA) with the Missouri State Licensing Board Taking the BCBA exam within 3 months of starting work Experience in a clinical/center-based setting is highly valued Additional experience in the ABA community is highly valued About Company Atlas is an organization that provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for young learners between the ages of 2-7 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
