Schedule:

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts required

Your Role:

As a Line Cook, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen operations, ensuring every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Your responsibilities will include:

Prep & Precision:

Stocking fresh ingredients, preparing components before each meal service, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Culinary Execution:

Preparing food in a timely manner and according to our meticulously crafted recipe cards.

Inventory Management:

Maintaining appropriate levels of inventory and restocking when necessary.

Safety First:

Adhering to all food safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for our guests.

Team Collaboration:

Participating in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures.

Continuous Improvement:

Performing other duties as assigned by the head chef or management.

Ethical Standards:

Adhering to all company policies regarding ethics and integrity.

What Were Looking For:

Experience:

At least two years of previous experience in a high-volume, upscale environment.

Certification:

Serve Safe or Food Handlers Certification.

Culinary Knowledge:

Proficiency in upscale culinary techniques and recipes.

Composure Under Pressure:

Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure.

Time Management:

Excellent time management skills.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds.
