Responsibilities Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow the agency and achieve sales goals Provide exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions to clients Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and the local community Promote Farmers Insurance products and services through various marketing efforts Recruit, train, and oversee staff to support agency growth Oversee agency operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service Collaborate with other agents to share best practices and drive overall success
Requirements Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sales and customer service Strong communication and relationship-building skills Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field preferred, but not required Ability to lead a team and delegate responsibilities effectively Must be licensed to sell insurance in Illinois or willing to obtain necessary licenses
