Responsibilities Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (auto, home, life, business, etc.) Present quotes, explain coverage options, and guide clients through the application process Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage renewals and cross-sales
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Maintain accurate client and sales records in the agencys management system
Stay current on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations
Requirements No prior insurance experience required full training provided Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license preferred (not required) Licensing costs covered for qualified candidates
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Strong organizational and time management abilities
