Job Overview We are seeking a new

Utility Coordinator

to join our team at Ardmore Roderick. As a

Utility Coordinator , you join a team of infrastructure solutions experts working to solve our client’s ever evolving project needs.

This opportunity will be located at our client’s PMO office in south Chicago.

Key Responsibilities

Project Administration and Document Control

Prepare, monitor and report on Utility Work Orders, material procurement (CDWM) and other procurements in AUR program Actively manage and coordinate utility updates Chair meetings, prepare and distribute meeting minutes

Cost and Schedule Control

Actively manage and update AUR schedule tracker, MPS and budget

Technical support and Oversight

Ability to review utility designs and coordinate designs review with DoR

Contract and Procurement Management

Ability to define and coordinate utility scope clearly from plans, specifications and CTA/agencies manuals Perform plan take-offs and estimate material quantities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field of study Minimum of one to five years of utility coordination experience Ability to read and comprehend plans and specifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Computer proficiency using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Blue Beam, Adobe PDF and other applicable programs General knowledge of office protocol, routines and procedures Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines Have a team player mindset with the ability to communicate proficiently in written and verbal forms Have good to great organizational skills Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree(s) Experience with Trimble (eBuilder) and other relevant project management software programs Benefits

Salary Range: $62,400 - $124,800, Ardmore Roderick is providing the compensation range that the company believes it might pay and/or offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
