About the position: ANTHC, Alaska’s largest Tribal health consortium is seeking an experienced Deputy General Counsel. This newly added position will support the organization’s legal operations by providing high-quality legal advice and services to include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, mitigating legal risks, addressing a wide range of legal matters that impact the organization and supervising the in-house legal team.

What we’re looking for: Juris doctorate; 11 years of experience (including substantial experience in litigation, transactions, healthcare law, construction law, employment law, and/or Federal Indian law and self-governance compacting) with 2 supervisory and admitted to practice before the Alaska State, Federal District, and other appropriate courts.
