Maintenance Technician

Join a dynamic food manufacturing company as a Maintenance Technician, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of bakery equipment. Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, conveyors, pneumatic delivery systems, and extrusion machines. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues on the production line, making necessary adjustments such as fixing phone-eye/sensor malfunctions. Engage in fabrication work, creating covers and catches for machines by welding stainless steel materials. Prioritize preventive maintenance to minimize reactive breakdowns. Essential Skills

Proficiency in maintenance and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints. Experience with 3-phase 480v systems. Skills in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. Competence in welding and working with conveyors and motors. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in industrial maintenance, ideally in a bakery or food manufacturing environment. Possession of a basic set of tools (small tool box). Why Work Here?

This role is based in a clean food manufacturing facility. You will work the 3rd shift from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with shifts spanning approximately 48 to 52 hours per week. This is a 24/7 operation with a bidding system for days off. Note that the 30-minute lunch break is unpaid. Job Type & Location

The pay range for this position is $42556.00 - $47840.00/yr. Great benefits that the company pays for medical, dental, vision, 401k $25/for family. Workplace Type
