Senior Accountant
We are seeking a senior accountant to oversee and manage multiple entities within the corporate accounting department. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career with a forward-thinking, fast-growing investment firm. Responsibilities
Manage the accounting operations including month and year-end process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, fixed asset activity, and debt activity. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles. Coordinate and support annual audits. Suggest improvements to systems and procedures. Meet financial accounting objectives and reporting deadlines. Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions. Handle other projects and duties as assigned. Essential Skills
Proficiency in accounting, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software. Experience in financial reporting and general ledger. Competence in reconciliation, month-end, and journal entry processes. Ability to create and analyze pivot tables and balance sheets. Expertise in fixed asset management and financial statement preparation. Familiarity with audit procedures and bank reconciliation. Knowledge in private equity (PE) and Yardi or similar ERP systems. Certified public accountant (CPA) qualification is preferred. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. At least 5 years of accounting experience. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software/databases. Strong data management and analytical skills. Solid understanding of accounting principles, standards, laws, and regulations. High attention to detail and accuracy. Work Environment
Onsite Monday-Friday in West Palm Beach, FL. Hybrid schedule available after the training period, with 2 days working from home and 3 days onsite. Work directly with the founder of the company, enjoy a hybrid schedule after your first 90 days, and benefit from a company that has grown 33% in the past year. Job Type & Location

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
