Implement treatment plans developed by a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT). Provide hands-on therapy to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, ADLs, and overall functional independence. Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic activities and home programs to enhance progress. Maintain accurate documentation using our easy-to-use EMR system. Collaborate with OTs, PTs, SLPs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. What We're Looking For:
Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (or expected graduation). Oklahoma OTA license (or eligibility to obtain, including upcoming board exam candidates). Experience or interest in pediatrics
Passion for working with children and helping them thrive. Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but not required
