Maintain the APA in accordance with SOPs and within environmental monitoring limits by cleaning and sanitizing all equipment and rooms inside and adjacent to the APA. Clean and sanitize all equipment and rooms inside and adjacent to the APA according to SOP and as scheduled for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and intensive cleanings. Perform CIP and SIP Processes. Perform Filter Testing. Prepare and stock APA process materials, stock garments. Document all activities according to SOP's. Hours: WE Shift | Saturday/Sunday 7:00pm-7:00am and Monday/Tuesday 10:30pm-7:00am Availability to train on 1st shift up to 3 months is required. Maintain the APA in accordance with SOPs and within environmental monitoring limits by cleaning and sanitizing all equipment and rooms inside and adjacent to the APA. Document all cleaning and sanitization processes according to SOPs. Perform CIP and SIP processes for Fill Room Equipment. Install and test filters as required. Maintain the APA in orderly conditions by removing culls, performing regular inspections of the equipment and environment and using Aseptic Technique. Prepare and stock process materials for use inside the APA. Education: High School Diploma/ GED preferred. Experience: 2 years Manufacturing experience or advanced education degree (2 or 4 year). Aseptic/clean room experience preferred. Skills: Strong reading and math comprehension, excellent communication skills (written & verbal), good attention to detail, demonstrated problem-solving ability, work well in team environment. Computer skills to include MS Outlook & Excel, ability to navigate web-based computer applications. Pay starts at $23.50 per hour plus $2.25 per hour shift differential.
