Develop and execute a TikTok-first content calendar for Complex Shop and IRL events. Concept, shoot, and edit native-style TikTok content (short-form video, trends, challenges, product features, behind-the-scenes, etc.). Ensure creative output is aligned with Complex's brand voice and optimized for TikTok culture and algorithms. Build and manage a network of TikTok creators and influencers to amplify Complex Shop campaigns and event marketing. Handle outreach, negotiation, briefs, and relationship management with creators. Track and optimize performance of influencer content against brand KPIs. Partner with merchandising, events, marketing studio, and growth teams to bring product drops and event experiences to life on TikTok. Launch TikTok-native paid and organic campaigns tied to commerce, content, and cultural moments. Drive measurable results across awareness, engagement, and conversions. Monitor TikTok analytics and platform trends, making real-time adjustments to content strategy. Report on performance, learnings, and ROI to marketing leadership. Stay ahead of emerging TikTok features, formats, and best practices. Who You Are

35+ years of hands-on experience managing TikTok marketing for a consumer-facing brand, preferably in sports, music, streetwear, or D2C e-commerce. Proven track record of creating viral or high-performing TikTok contentcomfortable behind and/or in front of the camera. Strong understanding of TikTok trends, editing tools, and content formats. Experience managing TikTok influencer campaigns end-to-end (contracting, briefing, approvals, analytics). Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable improvements. Highly organized, self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, culturally driven environment.
