Job Summary:
We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Generative AI Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. This role focuses on integrating Generative AI, LLMs, and Conversational AI into enterprise systems, driving innovation, and delivering measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and Deploy AI/ML Solutions: Lead initiatives involving Generative AI applications, LLMs (including RAG/ReAct frameworks and Agentic AI), and Conversational AI, integrating them into enterprise workflows, knowledge bases, and customer-facing platforms.
• Hands-on Development: Build and deploy LLM applications using AWS Bedrock, Lambda, and Python. Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance implementations.
• Innovation and Modernization: Drive proof-of-concepts and modernization efforts to reduce operational costs and enhance system performance.
• Technology Evaluation: Continuously assess emerging GenAI, Agentic AI, and cloud technologies to improve productivity, scalability, and resilience.
• Strategic Guidance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop POVs, strategic roadmaps, and ROI analyses that inform executive decision-making and technology investments.
• Mentorship and Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  

Required Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python, AWS Bedrock, Lambda, SQL
• Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG frameworks, and Conversational AI
• Experience with Agentic AI architectures and enterprise AI integration
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Insurance domain
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions
  

Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutions/applications.1. Applies scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems.2. He/she is responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge, in research, design, development and maintenance.3. His/her work requires the exercise of original thought and judgement and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.4. The software engineer builds skills and expertise of his/her software engineering discipline to reach standard software engineer skills expectations for the applicable role, as defined in Professional Communities.5. The software engineer collaborates and acts as team player with other software engineers and stakeholders.
