Reporting directly to the SVP - Global Head of Markets Operations, this position is the Global Head of Portfolio Solutions Operations and lead teams across Sydney, Boston, India, UK and most recently Poland.

Reporting directly to the SVP - Global Head of Markets Operations, this position is the Global Head of Portfolio Solutions Operations and lead teams across Sydney, Boston, India, UK and most recently Poland.
Markets Operations Business lines include Client Onboarding and Data Maintenance for all products and Operational support for Financing Solutions (including Agency lending, Secured Finance, Prime Services), Foreign Exchange, Collateral, Treasury, Portfolio Solutions (including Broker Dealer support, Transition Management, Partnered Trading, Currency Management), Regulatory Reporting, Business Optimization and Product teams.
We are looking for an industry leader with hands-on experience in Operational and Regional Management in a Markets business. The individual needs to exhibit a thorough understanding of how a banking operations team is run with knowledge of all allied functions, both upstream and downstream and how they all fit into the larger operating environment of the
