About The Job
We’re hiring a Director of Go-to-Market (GTM) to build and scale a high-performing, data-driven revenue engine. This is a hands-on strategic role for someone who thrives at the intersection of systems design, growth strategy, and commercial impact. You’ll lead the development of our GTM infrastructure and outreach workflows, and will drive account-based marketing (ABM), event marketing, and automation strategies that generate qualified pipeline at scale.
If you’re a technically fluent, commercially minded operator who obsesses over efficiency, impact, and customer experience, this role is your opportunity to shape how we attract, engage, and convert our most valuable prospects.
Key Responsibilities
GTM Systems & Revenue Operations

  • Design, build, and optimise scalable outreach and engagement workflows
  • Architect the data flows, triggers, integrations, and the execution of playbooks across our GTM stack
  • Enrich, score, and prioritise leads using AI, automation, and third-party data
  • Run GTM experiments across messaging, channels, cadences, and triggers
  • Own key funnel metrics: pipeline generated and influenced, SQLs delivered, conversion rates
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Develop and lead the ABM strategy aligned with marketing and revenue goals
  • Partner with the revenue team to define, engage and nurture buying groups at key accounts
  • Identify and prioritise high-value accounts using data-driven insights
  • Measure and optimise ABM performance and ROI
Event Marketing
  • Lead the planning and execution of industry events, from partnering with the revenue team on full-stack event strategy, to equipping them with actionable account and contact insights. Build systems that capture post-event feedback and automate personalized follow-ups with relevant content for each target account.
  • Track performance, feedback, and event-driven pipeline impact
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales, and Product, to refine ICPs, strategies, and feedback loops
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership
  • Stay on top of emerging tools and trends in growth, automation, and AI
Requirements
You’re a creative, technical operator with a strategic mindset and a bias for action. You likely tick many of these boxes:
  • 5-8+ years of experience in GTM, revenue operations, growth, or strategic marketing roles
  • Experience managing and scaling complex GTM systems — e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, Zapier, Make, ChatGPT, etc.
  • Proven track record leading successful ABM and event marketing programs
  • Strong analytical skills, able to turn data into insight and action
  • Engineering-style thinking, identify pipeline friction points, test fast, fix root causes
  • Effective cross-functional communicator and collaborator
  • Obsessed with improving performance, reducing friction, and driving revenue
Benefits
We believe a happy, motivated, and healthy team is the best way to succeed. We offer the following benefits:
  • Chance to earn equity
  • Maternity & Paternity leave
  • WeWork Membership
  • WFH Yearly Stipend
  • L&D Stipend (after 6 months)

  • Empathy - An ability to listen, respect, and understand your co-workers, customers, and everyone you interact with no matter how different they are to you.
  • Adaptability - An ability to respond quickly. We are in a fast-paced industry and so we expect you to be creative when solving a new problem and comfortable under pressure.
  • Transparency - We believe that transparency is critical to empowering everyone to make the best decisions, both the company to its people and vice versa.
  • Integrity - Integrity creates trust. As both an organization collectively and as individuals, it is our most valuable asset.
