Contracts Manager
The Opportunity

You will lead a varied portfolio of contracts, centered on supporting various Civilian Agencies, with requirements which range from professional advising on leading edge information technology. Act as the primary interface with Government and Industry Clients as you work closely with expert teams across Booz Allen’s enterprise organization, to include business development, legal, pricing and global supply, where collective ingenuity is mastered to provide advice and support to program management teams and senior leaders.
In this role, you will support all phases of the acquisition lifecycle where your expertise in contracts management will serve as the catalyst to identify, manage, and mitigate risk. Your knowledge will be applied to strategic discussions for future contract opportunities and competitive proposals, analysis of solicitations and teaming agreements, negotiation, and contract management. This is an exceptional opportunity where you will become a true business partner with a direct line to the account leadership as decisions are made. In addition, you will work closely with your teammates on the Civilian Agencies Contract Team with opportunities to mentor and guide staff. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have
  • Experience working directly with industry and government procurement officials
  • Experience supporting program management teams and senior leaders
  • Experience supporting Information Technology Contracts
  • Experience with Cost Reimbursable, Firm Fixed Price, and Time and Material type contracts
  • Knowledge of federal regulations, including the FAR
  • Ability to manage multiple critical internal and external deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience with contract administration, including pre-proposal efforts, RFP or RFQ support, proposal support and submission, and contract execution, or 10+ years of experience with contract administration, including pre-proposal efforts, RFP or RFQ support, proposal support and submission, and contract execution in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with civilian agencies and their regulatory supplements
  • Experience with managing organizational conflict of interests
  • Ability to work with teams on topics like intellectual property protection, organizational conflicts of interest, and sensitive data protection

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
