JCW Group is partnered with a rapidly growing, multi-strategy global investment firm seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join their team in NYC. In this position, you will be reporting directly to the Global Head of Tax and primarily manage the global tax compliance process. See below for more details:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the global tax compliance process
  • Report directly to the Global Head of Tax
  • Conduct tax research on U.S. federal, state, local, and international issues
  • Oversee ASC 740 quarterly and annual provision process
  • Partner with leadership on strategic planning matters across investment strategies
  • Ensure compliance with US and international tax laws

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • CPA or MST preferred
  • 7–12 years of corporate tax experience, ideally mix of Big Four and private industry
  • Strong knowledge of cross-border transactions, complex structures, and international tax laws
  • Able to work independently and collaborate closely with senior leadership
  • Someone detail oriented and eager to learn
