Job Scope:
- Develop and manage online marketing content (social media, email marketing, website updates, SEO).
- Coordinate and support offline marketing campaigns and events (roadshows, exhibitions, promotional campaigns).
- Create and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, step-by-step guides, and newsletters, ensuring brand consistency.
- Monitor and report the performance of marketing campaigns using Google Analytics or similar tools; provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Increase engagement and brand presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu.
- Assist in copywriting for promotional content across multiple media.
- Support partnerships and collaborations to drive visibility and sales leads.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Liaise with internal teams to align marketing with business objectives.
- Perform basic administrative and ad-hoc support duties when needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience (digital + offline).
- Proficient in social media platforms , Microsoft Office , and design tools (e.g., Canva, WooCommerce will be added advantage).
- Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics , and email campaign tools .
