About The Role
We’re hiring an EPD Recruiter (Engineering, Product, Design) to own full-cycle recruiting across our technical teams. You’ll be the driver of speed, quality, and consistency in hiring — building pipelines, improving process, and ensuring candidates have a seamless experience. This role isn’t about perfection. It’s about bias to action: finding top talent, moving quickly, and iterating on process as we scale.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design roles.
- Source and engage world-class talent in competitive markets.
- Run high-velocity pipelines — balancing volume with quality.
- Partner with hiring managers (especially the CTO and EPD leads) to sharpen role definitions, candidate scorecards, and hiring bar.
- Build and refine 0→1 recruiting processes: sourcing systems, interview loops, feedback mechanisms, reporting.
- Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements — see a problem, fix the problem.
- Represent 11x with energy and professionalism in every candidate interaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Success in high-velocity recruiting environments (agency or startup strongly preferred).
- Experience hiring engineers, ideally complemented with product/design exposure.
- Proven ability to build and improve recruiting processes from scratch.
- Organized: You bring structure where others see chaos.
- Bias for action: You get things done; done > perfect.
- Positive & resourceful: Problems are opportunities, not blockers.
