Reputable, mid-sized law firm seeks to add an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to their team! The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Commercial Real Estate Transactional experience on the lender and/or borrower side. Having experience with drafting acquisitions, sales, and leasing agreements is a must!

Preferred Experience

• 5 + years of commercial real estate experience
• Experience coming from a mid- or large-sized law firm is a MUST (they are not looking for candidates that are looking to leave a solo practice, government, or title company)
• Candidates should have diverse experience in purchase & sales, joint ventures, financing, development, and leasing.
• Proven ability to handle and manage commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating.
• Licensed to practice law in Maryland
