Newport Beach area law firm seeking a general litigation attorney with four to eight years' experience to join our growing practice group.

We are looking for someone who is willing to work on different types of cases and able to assist with handling a litigation file from start to finish, including, but not limited to, drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, taking depositions, trials, and even at times appeals.

Our general litigation practice group handles a broad range of matters.

The new hire should have experience or be willing to practice in the following areas:

·Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith

·Business Disputes

·Intellectual Property, including Trademarks, Copyright, and Misappropriation of Trade Secret

Litigation

·Personal Injury and Wrongful Death

·Consumer Actions, like CLRA and UCL

·And Others

We offer a competitive salary of $140,000 to $190,000 depending on the company’s needs and candidate’s experience and qualifications, inclusive of bonus programs paid throughout the year, comprehensive training and employment benefits. Please send in your resume if you are interested.
