Trademark Litigation Attorney

Compensation: $200,000- 250,000 (based on experience)

This mid-sized law firm, based in Chicago, offers a full range of legal services across multiple practice areas, including corporate law, intellectual property, litigation, and private wealth services. The Role/Ideal Candidate

• 4-6 years of experience includes trademark and copyright litigation
• Ideal trademark experience required include international trademark law, registering and managing domestic and international trademarks, domestic and foreign trademark portfolios
• Ideal copyright experience required include registration, counseling and litigation across sectors including artwork, architecture, entertainment, literature, technology, software etc.,
• Experience in state and federal courts
• Sophisticated law firm experience (preferred)
• Excellent academic credentials (preferred)
• Excellent writing and research skills
