Spot Welder Operator 2nd Shift
Pay: $27$33/hour Schedule: MondayThursday (4-day workweek)
About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Spot Welder Operator to join our team on 2nd shift in a precision-focused fabrication shop. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in press brake setup or sheet metal fabrication who are looking to expand their skill set. You'll be working with Amada Spot Welding machines in a clean, climate-controlled environment, contributing to high-quality custom projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate Amada Spot Welding machines
- Load and unload sheet metal (1550 lbs)
- Run programs and make basic machine adjustments
- Perform grinding and deburring as needed
- Maintain precision and safety throughout the welding process
What You Bring
- 3+ years of spot weld setup and operation experience
- 1+ year of blueprint reading experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Proficiency with tape measures and understanding tolerances
- Experience in shop math and blueprint interpretation
Preferred Background
- Prior experience in press brake setup or sheet metal fabrication
- Familiarity with mechanical systems and precision welding

Pay and Benefits
