Accounting Manager

We're Hiring: Accounting Manager! We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to lead financial processes while maintaining compliance with regulations. Location: San Rafael, United States Work Mode: Work From Office Role: Accounting Manager What You'll Do: ️ Manage all aspects of fixed asset and capital project accounting in Oracle EBS , including asset additions, CIP confirmations, placements, retirements, and subledger ownership Review and approve vendor requisitions and contracts, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP Prepare and review journal entries for prepaids, amortizations, accruals, and other key entries Perform and review balance sheet account reconciliations with accuracy and attention to detail Interpret complex accounting transactions and communicate findings clearly across teams What We're Looking For: 6+ years of hands-on general ledger accounting experience with full financial close responsibilities Prior fixed asset and capital project accounting experience is required Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience with high-volume vendor contracts Experience in a publicly traded company , including internal controls and compliance standards Familiarity with Oracle EBS (Assets module) is a plus bonus Industry experience in life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceuticals is highly preferred Ready to make an impact?
