We are seeking an AI Consultant to guide our clients through the strategic adoption, integration, and scaling of Artificial Intelligence solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead AI Strategy Engagements – Partner with client leadership to define AI vision, roadmap, and governance. Identify High-Value Use Cases – Assess business processes to uncover where AI and automation can create measurable ROI. Design Implementation Plans – Define technical requirements, resource needs, and success metrics. Oversee AI Transformation Projects – Coordinate between client teams, data scientists, and solution architects to ensure smooth delivery. Stay Ahead of Trends – Track developments in AI, generative AI, and emerging technologies to inform client strategies. Facilitate Workshops & Training – Build client AI literacy and help embed AI capabilities into their operations. Change Management Support – Help organizations adapt to AI-driven process and cultural shifts. Required Qualifications 5–10 years experience in management consulting, technology consulting, or AI-related roles. Proven track record of leading strategy projects involving AI, data analytics, or digital transformation. Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals , including supervised/unsupervised learning, generative AI, and LLM applications. Ability to translate technical concepts into business impact for non-technical stakeholders. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience creating roadmaps, business cases, and change management plans . Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with AI ethics, governance, and compliance frameworks . Background in data strategy, data governance, or MLOps . MBA or master’s degree in business, data science, or related field.
