Fpa Analyst
Our client, a dynamic and growth-oriented company in the auto repair industry, is seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to join their finance team. This is a high-visibility role that works cross-functionally with marketing, digital, strategy, pricing, and analytics leaders. The FP&A Analyst will play a critical part in developing financial models, reporting, and tools that guide data-driven decisions and support key growth initiatives.
The Role:
In this position, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining financial models, analyzing performance trends, and delivering insights that shape strategic decision-making. You'll support initiatives ranging from pricing strategies and marketing campaigns to customer acquisition programs, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, planning, and business case evaluations.
- Analyze KPIs, identify business trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate initiatives such as pricing, marketing, and digital campaigns.
- Synthesize and interpret large datasets to uncover growth opportunities and process efficiencies.
- Create dashboards and visualizations that enable real-time decision-making.
- Present clear, executive-ready reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 35 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
- Strong Excel skills with proven ability in financial modeling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data in a clear, business-focused way.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, pricing, analytics a plus).
- Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Cognos) preferred.
The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $110,000, plus bonus. A comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
