This opportunity is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide full-time support in a K-12 school setting. This contract position is designed to fill an FMLA leave, spanning from mid-October through the end of January. The role requires onsite presence to effectively collaborate with educators and support students behavioral needs.Location: Plainfield, ILDuration: Mid October End of JanuarySchedule: Full time, onsite onlyType: Contract (Leave coverage)Key Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for K-12 students Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement individualized behavior strategies Provide data collection, progress monitoring, and reporting to ensure effective interventions Train and support school personnel in applied behavior analysis techniques and positive behavior supports Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to behavior services in schools Desired Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential Experience working in school settings with K-12 students Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams Ability to implement evidence-based behavior intervention strategies Commitment to providing compassionate, student-centered behavioral support This role offers the chance to positively impact student outcomes during a critical leave period.
