Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students at the elementary school level (Preschool Grade 5) in Morristown, NJ for the upcoming school year. Assignment Details: Start Date: August 27, 2025 End Date: November 20, 2025 Hours: 8:40 AM 3:40 PM, Monday Friday Setting: Onsite, Elementary School Caseload Overview: 3 Inclusion Preschool Classrooms Minimal behavioral support required 2 ERI (Early Reintegration/Intervention) Classrooms Significant behavioral support required Additional students (not assigned to classrooms above) may also require behavioral support Responsibilities Include: Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Collaborating with teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff Providing direct support and coaching to staff Monitoring student progress and adjusting plans as needed Supporting IEP development and attending relevant meetings Requirements: Experience working with elementary-aged students, particularly in inclusive and special education classrooms Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Interested?
