A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year within a K-12 educational setting in Salinas, CA. This full-time contract role offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in behavior analysis across multiple school sites, supporting students with diverse needs.Key Responsibilities:Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify behavioral challenges.Develop and update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).Provide consultative support and training to school staff on behavior strategies.Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.Supervise and assign tasks to Registered Behavior Technicians in delivering behavior services.Manage caseload across 3-4 schools, working with students ranging from ages 3 to 22.Qualifications:Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.Experience working within school environments preferred.Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.Ability to oversee and coordinate treatment plans with Behavior Technicians.Knowledge of special education regulations and procedures related to behavior support.Schedule and Location:Full-time, 37.5 hours per weekMonday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pmContract duration: August 20, 2025 June 12, 2026Work conducted across multiple school sites in Salinas, CaliforniaThis role offers a meaningful opportunity to impact student outcomes through evidence-based behavior analysis in an educational setting.
