This dynamic opportunity offers the chance to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and lead innovative projects in a fast-paced environment. The company is committed to fostering innovation, collaboration, and accountability while delivering cutting-edge solutions to its global clientele. Responsibilities: Lead multidisciplinary teams to gather requirements, architect, design, implement, and deploy real-time software solutions. Coordinate deliverables across multiple projects and products. Define, perform, and oversee system-level testing to improve solution performance. Lead cross-functional project teams on high-risk projects, ensuring success within critical deadlines. Plan and maintain project schedules while delivering solutions that meet requirements and timelines. Must-Have Skills: 15+ years of experience in large-scale, object-oriented software design and development. 10+ years of software development experience with strong proficiency in C++. Experience designing software controls for mechatronic systems. Knowledge of real-time operating systems such as RTX. Proven troubleshooting skills for resolving complex system-level problems involving mechanical and electrical issues. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Background in software quality assurance and testing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. BS or MS degree in Computer Science or related discipline. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with Java, C#, .NET, and ASP.NET. Knowledge of web-based service architecture and application development. Experience with database technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle. Familiarity with network protocols, hardware, and standards. Experience with motion control and servo motor control.
