We are seeking an experienced retail Store Manager to provide leadership at our Swatch Store. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Retail Manager with a strong focus on driving sales and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities
Drive sales and support sales objectives Operate daily activities of a specialty retail store Collaborate with the Store Manager to lead a cohesive, high-performing team Set standards for superior customer service and sales volume Maintain visual merchandising standards Develop and motivate staff; lead by example Protect cash, inventory, and company assets according to guidelines Promote the SWATCH brand through effective communication and professionalism Professional Requirements
3-5 years of experience in an Assistant Manager role, preferably in specialty retail Team-oriented with a creative problem-solving approach Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Sense of responsibility and proactive attitude Benefits
