As a key member of the Network Growth Executive Leadership team, reporting to the CIO, you will drive network expansion through strategic partnerships with real estate developers, owners, and investors. Your role will involve sourcing and securing deals, managing relationships, and executing growth strategies to reach our target of 30,000 locations. Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies with real estate partners to expand our network. Manage relationships and negotiate profitable agreements. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive developments. Negotiate contracts and interface with external partners at industry events. Collaborate with senior leadership on market strategies and global partnership deals. Qualifications: Senior B2B sales and business development experience. Experience in corporate real estate or real estate consulting is highly desirable. Proven ability to close large deals and exceed targets. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of influencing at the board level. Strategic, results-driven, flexible, and disciplined. Willingness to travel internationally on short notice. Location:
