Leading Commercial Property Management company in Newport Beach is adding a Property Manager to their team. This is an ON SITE role. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity. This role will travel to OC, IE and SD. Must be able to drive to the different properties. This is an ONSITE opportunity.
Must have Commercial Property management experience including Commercial properties, Industrial and Retail.
Responsibilities
Must have CAM req experience
Fielding tenant inquiries and after hour calls Fielding vendor calls/emergencies Creating scope of work for RFP for recurring and non-recurring vendor services Arranging repairs and maintenance at multiple properties in OC and IE Preparing monthly tenant billing statements Posting rent and cash receipts into the accounting system -EXPERIENCE WITH THIS TASK IS A MUST Annual budget preparation and monthly monitoring for variances Maintaining lease files Reviewing invoices and expenses for conformance with proposals and budgets Coding operating invoices for data entry Maintaining rent rolls Collecting rent Site Inspections Directing general contractors and overseeing tenant improvements Coordinating major repairs Commercial Experience a Must Proven experience as a commercial property manager (4+ years) Bookkeeping experience (4+ years) or educational equivalent is a Must Strong written and verbal communication skills Take after hour calls Proficiency in using property management Sage software (fka Timberline) Proficient in creating journal entries and accrual accounting methods - is a Must Degree in Accounting, or Finance a plus $85,000.00 per year
