We are looking for a
Junior UX Designer
to join our growing product team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences and eager to learn from senior designers while contributing fresh ideas. Responsibilities
Assist in designing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and senior designers to translate business requirements into engaging user experiences. Conduct basic user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions. Support the creation and maintenance of design systems and style guides. Collect and analyze user feedback to iterate and improve product design. Stay up to date with industry trends, UX best practices, and design tools. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent experience). 0–2 years of experience in UX/UI design (internships or portfolio projects welcome). Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Basic understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment. A portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem-solving skills, and user-centered design work. What We Offer
