The Hackett Group is looking for a passionate, Oracle Cloud Learning Consultant to join our team. This role will include both travel and remote work locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, upgrades, and migration projects. Oracle Cloud Talent and Learning Job Responsibilities: 3 or more years of experience in Oracle Talent Management, with experience in Goal Management, Performance Management, Career Development, Talent Review and Succession Planning. Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Cloud Learning & HCM Cloud Applications Design, test, and deploy business processes and configurations within Talent Management modules Maintain knowledge of current technologies and practice in Oracle Cloud, business processes, and consulting initiatives Engage with clients and lead workshops to define business requirements Research and analyze existing systems and processes; identifying data and process flows and integration points; articulate modification risks and barriers; recommending project approaches Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements and recommend solutions Ability to configure Oracle HCM Cloud Learning to meet the desired business processes and requirements Develop testing scenarios, test scripts and lead unit, integration, and user acceptance testing Guide and mentor clients on usability of Oracle HCM Cloud Oracle Cloud Talent and Learning Job Requirements: **Consulting experience** Completion of at least 2 Oracle Talent Management implementations Effective written and verbal communications a must, with presentation experience Hands on project experience in at least one to three Full Life Cycle implementations in Oracle Cloud Learning, ORC or Core HR ; from planning to configuration through go-live Able to engage in HCM best practices and storytelling Strong functional knowledge of the system Capable to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed Organized and detailed or oriented Work location is flexible if approved by the Company except that position may not be performed remotely from Colorado.
