Position Purpose:
This role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing. The Direct Marketing Associate is responsible for accurately recording data about prospective customers and the target market area. The position offers a base monthly driving incentive and variable mileage reimbursement.
Position Responsibilities:
Generate leads through door-to-door campaigning in assigned territories, creating qualified sales opportunities as directed by the Direct Marketing Manager.
Transport to and work independently within the assigned territory, always representing Renewal by Andersen professionally.
Use the company's mapping program and business applications to keep accurate records of house-to-house data.
Maintain professionalism in appearance and conduct, wearing proper uniforms and adhering to municipal permits.
Learn and master Renewal by Andersen's methodology, products, and current promotional offerings to become a Signature Service expert.
Provide ideas to the Direct Marketing Manager for improving the effectiveness of the canvassing program.
Attend company meetings as required.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent, or at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Minimum age of 18 to qualify for company driving insurance.
Reliable transportation to cover the territory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets.
Pay is influenced by experience, education, location, and certifications. Successful candidates can expect to earn approximately $20/hr plus incentives.
