Key Responsibilities
Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies across
Google SEM, Facebook/Meta Ads, and other online platforms
to drive lead generation and conversions. Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI. Create and implement marketing campaigns tailored for the aesthetics and trichology industry. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals. Oversee branding, promotional content, and customer engagement across digital channels. Requirements No formal Education required or Diploma,Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience (at least 3–5 years) in
digital marketing
with strong knowledge of SEM, Facebook/Meta Ads, and performance marketing. Industry experience in aesthetics, trichology, beauty, or wellness is a must. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize accordingly. Excellent
people management skills
with experience leading and motivating a marketing team. Creative mindset with strong communication and project management skills. Ability to work independently and lead marketing initiatives end-to-end.
