Human Resources Director

to

lead and administer the Human Resources function

at our facility, ensuring the seamless delivery of

outstanding employee relations, compliance, and financial profitability . Human Resources Director Requirements: Associate’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field

(Bachelor’s degree preferred) 2-3 years of general HR experience

(Long-term care or healthcare industry experience required) Strong knowledge of

federal and state employment laws Experience working with

union agreements Ability to

maintain a high level of confidentiality Energetic and professional with

exceptional interpersonal skills Excellent

communication and customer service skills As a Human Resources Director, you will: Welcome new hires

and lead

orientation programs Facilitate

effective employee relations

within the facility Manage and maintain

confidential employee files Administer and interpret

Human Resources policies and procedures Track

employee leave of absence

and ensure compliance Assist in the

administration of employee benefits Create and coordinate

employee recognition programs and events Oversee

employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations Prepare and maintain

HR reports and compliance records Monitor and respond to

unemployment claims and workers’ compensation cases Manage
