Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as a strategic recruiting advisor and full-cycle recruiter, focusing on hiring for both clinical roles (e.g., pediatricians, nurse practitioners) and key staff positions. This role combines hands-on sourcing with consultative partnership, helping hiring managers define their needs, build pipelines, and deliver excellent candidate experiences.
You will be instrumental in shaping our workforce as we expand across multiple states and practice sites.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand team goals, define role requirements, and build tailored recruitment strategies
Own the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and screening to offer and pre-boarding
Proactively source talent pipelines, especially for physicians and advanced practice providers
Guide and support hiring managers through structured interview and selection processes
Drive candidate engagement through clear communication, responsiveness, and a human-first approach
Maintain and optimize our applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate workflows (we use Paylocity)
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and operations to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding experience
Analyze recruitment data to monitor progress toward hiring goals, time-to-fill, and other key KPIs
Required Qualifications
4+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare or clinical recruiting
Proven ability to hire and retain physicians, nurse practitioners, and other licensed providers
Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple requisitions
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and stakeholders
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting in pediatrics, value-based care, or multi-site medical practices
Familiarity with provider credentialing processes and healthcare compliance
Understanding labor market trends and physician hiring challenges
