Director of EHST

to lead a dedicated

Safety Services Business Unit

that delivers Environmental, Health, Safety, and Training (EHST) solutions directly into the industrial market — including downstream, petrochemical, oil & gas, and EPC sectors. This is a

P&L leadership role , responsible for building, scaling, and commercializing EHST services as a revenue-generating business line, not just internal compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead and grow the EHST Services Division as a

strategic business unit

with full P&L ownership. Champion external delivery of safety services across client sites, projects, and facilities. Drive

M&A opportunities

to expand market share and service capabilities. Develop scalable frameworks for safety staffing, training, industrial hygiene, rescue, medical, and compliance services. Partner with executive leadership, sales, and operations to identify market opportunities and deliver tailored solutions. Build and mentor a high-performing EHST team; drive a culture of safety, accountability, and innovation. Qualifications 10+ years of leadership experience in EH&S, industrial services, or related sectors. Proven success leading

external safety service delivery

(contract safety, training, rescue, or compliance). Strong business acumen; track record of P&L ownership and growth strategy execution. M&A experience

(evaluation, integration, or scaling acquired service lines) strongly . CSP and MBA highly desired. Exceptional leadership, client engagement, and communication skills. Why This Role This is a rare opportunity to lead and shape a
