The Team The Customer Excellence Group assists customers in achieving business outcomes through prescriptive guidance, driving adoption, satisfaction, and growth on the ServiceNow platform. The Role The Principal Technical Consultant, Integrations Specialist, is a technical and functional expert responsible for consulting with customers and configuring ServiceNow integrations to accelerate business outcomes. They design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms, resolve complex issues, and support AI solutions deployment. Key Responsibilities: Leverage and integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, and problem-solving, including automation and insights analysis. Develop integration strategies and system architectures. Implement ServiceNow AI features like Virtual Agent, NLU, AI Search, Issue Auto Resolution, and Generative AI. Create solutions based on user requirements and coordinate with development teams. Ensure best practices in integration processes. Act as SME to resolve complex integration and AI issues. Analyze and optimize system configurations for scalability and future needs. Identify and troubleshoot system errors and architecture issues. Qualifications: Active Security Clearance. Minimum 8 years experience in complex integration technologies. Proven ability to influence and consult in diverse customer environments. At least 2 ServiceNow CIS certifications and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). Experience in system architecture, web services, middleware, LDAP, SSO, and SaaS technologies. Understanding of AI and Large Language Models, especially Generative AI. Experience with ServiceNow platform development tools and data management. Knowledge of enterprise technologies like VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO, and MID Servers. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and mentor others.
