Interior Sales & Site Assistant to Director
Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 9:00am – 6:00pm / Sat: 9:00am – 1:00pm
Working Days: 5.5 days per week
Salary Range: $2500 – $3200 (depending on experience)

: Kaki Bukit Job Purpose: To support the Director in managing HDB renovation and carpentry sales, assist in site coordination, materials proposal, and be a right-hand assistant in both sales and project execution. Responsibilities: Handle HDB renovation and carpentry sales inquiries Prepare and present basic quotations and proposals to clients Assist in site supervision, coordination, and follow-up on daily site activities Support material selection and preparation of sample boards for client presentation Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers, and internal carpentry workshop Maintain communication between clients and internal team throughout the project Understand AutoCAD plans Support the Director in administrative, coordination, and planning tasks Requirement: Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or relevant field Experience in HDB renovation and carpentry works preferred Basic knowledge of AutoCAD Willing to travel for site meetings and coordination work CHUAH ZHI XING | Reg No: R25136681 THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE LTD | EA No: 14C7279
