Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop fact-based promotional investment strategies and guide investment decisions through marketing mix and business optimization analyses to enhance performance, influence business growth, and support annual financial forecasting and brand planning. Participate actively in the financial planning process, providing input and acting as a key conduit for forecasting all monthly estimates, annual plans, and long-range plans, including patient flow modeling. Utilize innovative, sophisticated analytic models that address critical issues while meeting key business and technical criteria (e.g., cost, risk, reliability, validity, and predictability).
Qualifications
Education & Experience Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Business Intelligence/Analytics, Engineering, or a foreign educational equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience performing quantitative analysis of sales and marketing data. Required experience includes: Analyzing big data sets to develop predictive models; Preparing presentations of data, plans, and strategies for stakeholders and management; Applying statistical analyses, experimental design, regression, and modeling to solve business problems; Translating data results into non-technical formats for presentations; and Collaborating across business units to gather, analyze, and synthesize requirements. Additionally, at least 1 year of experience in each of the following is required: Working with a Pharma/Biotech company; Utilizing pharma syndicated data sources such as IQVIA, Truven, SHA, and DRG. Work experience may be gained concurrently. Work arrangement: Hybrid (onsite 3 days/week, 2 days WFH/remote).
Additional Information
