We need a facilities mastermind who can orchestrate buildings, budgets, systems, and regulatory compliance with precision and speed. As Vice President of Facilities, you'll have complete ownership. What You Will Be Doing
Taking complete ownership of a critical national launch domain: regulatory approvals, onboarding systems, or financial operations Spearheading cross-functional initiatives with full decision-making authority and results accountability Creating and implementing scalable playbooks from scratch – and refining them through real-world application Working directly alongside founders, department heads, and campus personnel to develop and deploy launch-ready infrastructure Leveraging AI and automation technologies to optimize operations and expedite implementation

Serving in an advisory capacity – this is a hands-on leadership role Navigating organizational bureaucracy – you'll have direct access to key decision-makers Focusing on a single market or workflow – you'll orchestrate simultaneous initiatives across multiple regions Waiting for direction – you'll be expected to create clarity and structure Passing difficult decisions upward – you'll own the tough calls and their outcomes
Vice President Facilities Key Responsibilities
As VP of Facilities, you'll drive and deliver a foundational operational pillar of 2 Hour Learning's nationwide school expansion – with speed, precision, and scalability. While we'll match you to the domain that best leverages your expertise, you'll have complete autonomy and accountability for your area.
Basic Requirements
We're expanding our leadership team across several operational verticals. All positions demand velocity, decisiveness, methodical thinking, and relentless execution.
Successful Candidates Will Demonstrate
Minimum 3 years at a premier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) Demonstrated success managing cross-functional operations in complex, ambiguous, high-pressure environments Exceptional expertise in at least one of: regulatory compliance, onboarding/systems implementation, or large-scale financial operations Methodical approach to problem-solving with strong bias toward action – capable of independent execution without supervision Authorization to work in the U.S. and availability to travel approximately 25% of the time Proficiency with AI tools to enhance productivity and accelerate deliverables

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
