What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Strategically plan and optimize the Salesforce portfolio of products and services - Architect, design, implement, and deploy Salesforce solutions to address complex business challenges - Manage, maintain, and upgrade systems and technologies within the Salesforce portfolio - Define and optimize processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and productivity - Develop and enforce policies and standard practices to ensure compliance with regulations
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a closely related field from an accredited university - Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT developer role working with Salesforce - Proven experience configuring objects/fields and building automations in Salesforce - Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs - Significant experience with formula fields, flows, and other types of automation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with Apex or custom scripting - Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Background in large Salesforce environments - Experience building in Sandbox and publishing changes to production environments - Experience with large data sets
