Mechanical Calibration Engineer #NKC

Calibrate equipment as assigned by the Manager. Generate, review, and issue final calibration reports. Communicate with clients on technical matters when needed. Maintain and update report templates and formats. Keep work areas clean and organized. Support the development of new calibration capabilities. Improve calibration productivity and efficiency through better systems and methods. Build positive relationships with customers during service interactions. Respond to client feedback and strive to provide outstanding service. Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to clients. Ensure availability and quick response to customer needs. Work closely with internal teams to support smooth service delivery. Assist in maintaining the laboratory’s Quality Management System, including ISO 17025 compliance. Promote a positive image of the company and uphold health and safety practices. Perform any other duties assigned by management. Requirements: Min Diploma or equivalent in Engineering or a related field.
