Description
The main function of the User Experience Designer is to work with product teams to design and deliver high-quality, client-centered, effective, consistent, and usable interfaces. Responsibilities: Works closely with business analysts, stakeholders, product owners, and dev teams to understand business requirements. Creates user interface specifications by applying research, design standards, and industry best practices, considering business objectives, user needs, and system constraints. Participates in design review sessions, gaining consensus and approvals. Ensures deliverables meet project timelines, budgets, and technical constraints. Acts as a user experience advocate, emphasizing user-centered design principles. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Supports the evolution of the Customer Experience, developing CX portfolio, roadmap, and reference architecture. Interacts with cross-functional teams to drive customer experience strategy. Participates in project delivery, overcoming obstacles through planning and communication. Possesses strong passion and hands-on technical experience. Supports concept service designs and creates artifacts like personas and journey maps. Utilizes problem-solving skills to address challenges and implement solutions. Collaborates with architects and content owners to define experience elements. Stays current with innovations in experience design. Pay and Benefits
The pay range is $50.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility for benefits depends on employment status and duration.
