About the Opportunity:
This position involves training and assisting business office staff with billing practices, monitoring accounts receivable collections, and ensuring accurate revenue recording in healthcare settings. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and oversee accounts receivable functions across multiple locations under the supervision of the Director. Analyze workflows, identify deficiencies, and communicate best practices. Conduct training for staff in various locations. Update and train on financial policies and industry regulations. Assist with workflow processes and month-end close procedures as needed. Qualifications: 5+ years of Business Office Manager experience in skilled nursing or LTC settings. Nursing experience preferred. Experience with Accounts Receivable in healthcare. 2+ years in a multi-facility oversight role preferred. PointClickCare experience and Texas Medicaid billing knowledge are preferred. Ability to travel and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Must be based in Anchorage, AK.
