COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions upon request)

No locals within 60 miles

IL RN license required at submission

IA RN license or proof of application needed before start

May float to: Moline, Rock Island, Bettendorf, Muscatine (rare)

EMR: EPIC

VMS Fee: 6%

OT Billing:

36-40 hr/week guarantee → OT after 40 hrs

48 hr/week guarantee → OT after 48 hrs

Rates:

OT/Holiday: 1.25x
